LIFEGUARD:
Candidates must be 16 years or older to apply. The Reef at Big Horn Resort is proud to offer the National Pool and Water Park Lifeguard training program. Applicants must successfully complete the Lifeguard Training Program before becoming a lifeguard at The Reef. Lifeguards interact with guests on a daily basis and must uphold a high level of customer satisfaction. The Reef lifeguards ensure the safety of our guests using the attractions and water slides. Lifeguards work both in and out of the water, exceeding the highest standards of safety. No experience necessary. However, lifeguard candidates will be required to pay a fee for licensing and instructional handbook.

ADMISSIONS:
Admissions Staff give guests their first impression of The Reef. As an admission staff member, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and selling tickets in a fast, friendly manner as well as selling retail items. Previous cash handling and register experience is helpful. Excellent guest service skills are a must.

FOOD SERVICE:
Food Service Staff positions include cashiers and cooks. Responsibilities include cash handling, food preparation, sanitation, and fast, friendly service. These positions are responsible to maintain the highest quality of food service we provide, as well as to clean, prepare, and sanitize the café area. Excellent customer service and communications skills are a must.
