Are there height or weight restrictions on rides?Yes, some rides have height and weight restrictions for safety. Barracuda Blaster 3-story tube slide for 1 or 2 riders (must be over 48 inches or taller, 600-lb weight limit) **Children who are 45 inches to 48 inches may ride this slide with an adult/guardian who has signed a waiver. In this instance, he/she will be charged the regular admission fee.** Tropical Twister 3-story body slide for single riders (must be 48 inches or taller, 350-lb weight limit)

Are life jackets provided?Life vests are $10.00 to rent, but you get $5 cash upon return. Based on availability, you are encouraged to bring your Personal Coast Guard-approved life vest.

Do you have lifeguards on duty?Yes, trained lifeguards are stationed throughout the park to ensure guest safety.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for baby food and medically necessary items. We have a variety of dining options inside the park.

Do you offer allergy-friendly food options?Yes, we have allergy-friendly menu items. Please ask our staff for assistance.

Are lockers available for rent?Yes, lockers are available for rent at the park.

Do you offer cabana rentals?Yes, private cabanas can be reserved in advance for a VIP experience.

Are changing rooms and showers available?Yes, we have changing rooms, showers, and restrooms at the park.

Do you have a dress code?Proper swimwear is required. No denim, rivets, or overly loose clothing is allowed for safety reasons. We also do not allow diapers, only swim diapers.

Can I leave and re-enter the park?Yes, same-day re-entry is allowed with a receipt.

Is the park wheelchair accessible?Yes, we offer wheelchair-accessible pathways and facilities.

What is your refund policy?All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
